Why Women’s Networking Nights?

Women’s Networking Nights began in Boston in 2021, as part of a professional association. With the mission of connecting professionals with in person events, and a new era of events, these gatherings were created to provide a safe space for women to meet each other in a high vibe, best intentions setting.
The result was a rapidly growing event with the best energy and the most impactful connections created. It wasn’t about handing your business card to 100 people and hoping for a sale. It was meeting your 5 new best friends that you’d have lunch with the following week. Women showed up ready to support, not sell. The following year Galentine’s was born and we moved to quarterly events. Then 6x a year. Then 8x a year.
And then the Leadership Team changed. Run by men, 75% brand new to the association, with a very green president, the Women’s Networking Night was referred to twice as it’s founder’s “pet project” despite being the only event on their calendar that could sustain itself and hadn’t lost momentum.
The writing was on the wall. So she burnt it down.
Trading expertise for the ability to rescue the event that was important to its loyal attendees, the Women’s Networking Night now stands on it’s own feet (flip flops, high heels, sneakers, you’re all welcome). Quick negotiations meant that one more event could happen in 2025. Please be patient while this site is “under construction”. We rallied and are focused on bringing you together; Instagram and more to this site will follow in time.
And in 2026, our story will continue
